Defined by its trim silhouette, the Mayfair features haberdashery-inspired details such as side adjusters and a ticket pocket. Its Italian cloth was custom-developed with Mantero, an established mill in Como that is renowned for its striking prints. Historical to the brand, its Art Deco–inspired motif hails from the Ralph Lauren print archive.

- Side adjusters. Zip fly with a buttoned closure and a “Ralph Lauren” buckled tab. Genuine mother-of-pearl buttons.
- Two front angled pockets. Ticket pocket. Back right zip pocket.
- Vented hems. Interior mesh brief for additional support.
- “Ralph Lauren” script embroidered at the left hem.
