The inaugural collaboration of the Ralph Lauren Artist in Residence program honors Navajo heritage and centuries-old weaving traditions
Over the past two years, Naiomi Glasses, a seventh-generation Diné (Navajo) textile artist and designer, worked with Ralph Lauren and his design teams to reimagine the original designs of her woven art into a collection of three drops. Drop 2: Color in Motion reflects Naiomi’s love of skateboarding and her artistic evolution into colorful weavings

The Polo Ralph Lauren x Naiomi Glasses collection honors Navajo heritage and centuries-old weaving traditions. Naiomi Glasses is a seventh-generation Diné (Navajo) textile artist and designer whose work reflects the beauty of her Indigenous culture. Mirroring her personal weaving journey, the collection transitions from earthy, neutral hues to a crescendo of bright colors in this second drop, additionally influenced by her love of skateboarding. These unisex jeans are crafted with natural seeded denim and offer a neutral foundation to any of the vibrant pieces in the collection.

Details- The fit of this unisex style is based on our standard men’s sizing. We suggest customers who typically order Polo Ralph Lauren’s women’s apparel to order two waist sizes larger than their usual size.
- For example, if you typically order a women’s size 27, we suggest ordering a size 29 when purchasing this style. Male-presenting model is 6'1" (185 cm) and wears a size 32W x 32L. Female-presenting model is 5'10" (178 cm) and wears a size 27W x 30L.
- The Vintage Classic: A vintage-inspired straight-leg silhouette that sits higher at the waist with our longest rise and our widest leg opening. Size 32W has a 10.75" rise and a 17.5" leg opening.
